Step-by-Step Instructions

Preparation Steps

1. Create the Jelly Base

Prepare the strawberry jelly according to package instructions. Pour into molds and allow it to set at room temperature for 45 minutes to 1 hour. For best results, you can prepare this the previous day and refrigerate overnight.

2. Prepare the Rose Milk

Bring ½ liter of milk to a boil in a saucepan. Turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Add 2 tablespoons of rose syrup and 1½ tablespoons of sugar, stirring until completely dissolved. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled before assembling.

3. Cook the Vermicelli

Bring water to a boil in a small pot. Add the broken falooda sev and cook for exactly one minute. Strain immediately and set aside to cool. The sev should be tender but not mushy.

4. Soak the Sabja Seeds

Place 2 teaspoons of sabja seeds in a bowl and cover with water. Let them soak for about 5 minutes until they plump up and develop a gelatinous coating. Drain any excess water before use.

5. Assembling the Royal Falooda

First Layer Sequence:
  • Start by adding the strawberry jelly.
